Do you offer a warranty on electronic accessories and frames?

We provide a lifetime warranty on all Trak Racer frames and a standard 1-year manufacturer warranty on all electronic components and accessories.

What is your return policy if I am not satisfied?

We offer a 14-day return policy for unused items in their original packaging. Please note that due to the weight of the products, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Can I upgrade my rig with additional mounts later?

Absolutely. Our modular design allows you to add monitor stands, keyboard trays, and shifter mounts to your existing setup at any time.
