At Trak Racer, we stand by the quality of our racing simulators and electronics. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original factory packaging, including all cables, manuals, and mounting hardware to ensure full credit.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided shipping label and drop off the package at an authorized courier location; we recommend using a tracked service for high-value simulator gear.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the condition of the returned hardware, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
